North Atlantic Drift 'Pillars' [LP]

North Atlantic Drift return with Pillars, their first release to appear on vinyl and the first album created remotely between Toronto and Walkerton in Ontario. The record features nine pieces for guitar, synthesizers, strings, and carefully treated samples, introducing subtle shifts to the minimal ambience explored on the duo’s previous works including the Departures series on Polar Seas and Sound in Silence. Pillars offers a refined balance of texture and melody, thoughtfully shaped through collaboration across distance.
