Ambient Études For Bass Guitar & Pedalboard is a collection of ambient sketches and improvisations recorded over the last year, using 3 different bass guitars, and captured in different locations. Each piece is a live performance, captured in one take using the sound on sound looping method with a single instrument and a pedalboard. Instruments used : Bass VI - Tracks a1,a3,b3-b5 - Recorded at Ambient Mountain House Studios, 5 String Bass - Tracks a4&b1 Recorded at Dennison Park, Ojai, 6 String Bass - Tracks a2&b2 Recorded at Mission Farm, San Juan Bautista Pedals used : Mood Mk2, Volante, El Capistan, Zoia, Big Sky, Microcosm, Collider, Lehle Mono Volume
